5.- ANALYSIS
With help from Ansys we performed finite element analysis of the most critical parts. Thanks to this software the parts may be optimized, by reducing the weight little by little in places where less stress is present, a security margin is always considered for this process.
We have also studied the relation between the force and the vertical displacement of the front wheel, this allowed us to choose the shock absorber. CAD was of great help here and permitted us to simulate the movement of the suspension and the steering, avoiding interference.
