4.- DIGITIZED
Once the BMW has done its work we start the disassembly. We found that a labelling machine was of great help, we used it to mark each sensor and terminal of the electrical installation keeping in mind the posterior assembly. Small transparent bags with hermetic sealing were also fundamental to avoid losing any nuts or bolts.
To start work with the computer on the new motorcycle, we needed the 3D geometry of the engine and the rear chassis, to do this, we digitized them. We also took out the front wheel rim section allowing us to design a new one.
